Audiovisual: The Carolina First Gallery has audio and visual systems that include a lectern with microphone, two additional wireless microphones and three large-screen video sources. These may operate via a laptop. Laptop computers are the requestor’s responsibility. The main contact person for any event held in the Carolina First Gallery must contact the CU-ICAR Partnership Offices for a brief training on the audio and visual systems by a minimum of seven business days prior to the event date.

To rent
CU-ICAR campus amenities are rented through the CU-ICAR Partnership Office. Anyone interested must fill out a CU-ICAR Special Events Form (pdf). This is a request only. Requests for reservations are not considered final until the requestor has received a written confirmation from the CU-ICAR Partnership Office.
All rentals must abide by the CU-ICAR Campus Rules and Regulations (pdf) as well as the Clemson University Facility Use Policy (pdf).
